My Bedroom

I got to move from Mommy and Daddy's bedroom to my big boy room a little after I was 1 month old. The theme is Little Builder. Thank you everyone for all the wonderful things that helped put my room together!

My crib was given to me from Grandma and Grandpa.

Mommy painted these for me!

My Aunts and Uncles made this for me at Build A Bear while I was in the hospital. It has a heart from each one of them in it. All five!

Mommy made the sign on the door too!

Mimi made this sign for the hospital door. It will eventually make it on the wall in my room.

First Month

Here I am at 1 month old! It has been a very busy month! I've met a lot of new people, gotten my first bath, met my pediatrician for the first time, and had my first Thanksgiving!

Here I am with my mommy and daddy!

Here I am with my wonderful grandparents!

I did not enjoy my first bath. It was horrible and I screamed the entire time except for when Mommy was scrubbing my head.

I also got to meet Dr. Cortopassi! He was my mommy and daddy's pediatrician also. Well actually, he is still my dad's doctor now. :-)

I also watched my first Ironbowl! Here I am dressed like Aubie.

And I also got to dress up like a Tennessee fan!
As long as it is not Crimson, my daddy is ok with it.

Here are some other cute pictures of me during my first month here.

Well, like I said, it has been a very busy month and I'm exhausted!

He's Here!!!

Landon Cole Stanbridge came into this world at 1:50pm on October 27, 2011. He was 7lbs and 14oz and 20 1/2 inches long. He has blue eyes and light brown hair.

We believe that he is just like his daddy. He even sneezes in multiples! He has his eyes, nose, ears, hands, and legs. He has his mommy's hair and mouth. He has his Papa's toenails and he has his great-grandfather's dimple in the chin. I'm sure we will discover more things as he grows older.

Mr. Landon was taken to the NICU the night of the day he was born because of hypothermia, fluid in the lungs, and low blood sugars. His temperature and the fluid in his lungs were all ok by the next day but we waited a week so that his blood sugars could learn to stabilize on their own.

It was a very exhausting week but we were thankful that God provided doctors who knew how to make our little boy all better.

Despite being in the hospital for a week, he was a happy boy!

Our little man was finally able to go home on November 4, 2011!!

Pregnancy

At 26 weeks, we went to Gulf Shores. It was very, very hot!!

We went to Georgia for two baby showers at 31 weeks.

At 32 weeks, we had another baby shower at our own home.

We went to one of Jared's co-worker's wedding in Birmingham at 38 weeks. We were praying that our little man wasn't going to decide to come during the wedding. Thankfully, he didn't!

We decided to go to the pumpkin patch and find us a pretty pumpkin. I looked like I was going to pop! I was a full 40 weeks by this point and we were expecting our little man any day. My tummy was bigger than a pumpkin!
